As a Procure-to-Pay Specialist, you’ll be supporting procurement ops for data center construction categories.

We ensure our customers receive world class procurement and supply chain support through the entire procure to pay process. Customer Obsession, Bias for Action, and Ownership are the core of all we do.

Data Center Services Procurement (DCSP) supports Data Center Planning and Delivery (DCPD) in obtaining the best services at the lowest costs, and manages the full “Supplier Lifecycle” including Strategic Sourcing and Intake, Onboarding, Solicitations, Spending and Transaction Policy (S&TP) Compliance, Contract management, Supplier Development, as well as all the follow on activities with Requisitioning and Payment Operations.

Implementing mechanisms to increase procurement efficiencies.
Managing procurement processes consistently on a regional basis.
Become a subject matter expert on all systems and policies related to team programs.
Manage PR queues and intake workflows.
PO processes and resolving systems related issues
Minimize invoice approval escalations and holds.

Basic Qualifications

1+ years supporting requisitioning and purchase order management in a high volume industry.
2+ years of program or project management experience and 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience and 2+ years of supply chain experience.
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as purchaser, buyer, or other operational role within a procurement organization, as well as experience with requisitioning, invoice management.
2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
Experience with processes improvement and project management.
