Sr. Systems Integration Engineer

customer platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer requirements related to evaluation and demonstration of emerging technologies
• Improve the fidelity of simulated customer platforms
• Work in an agile, collaborative, and open environment with a focus on interoperable systems
• Develop connections with industry and government teams
• Guide industry partners in modification of their technologies to integrate with customer systems
• Create demonstration and transition plans for industry partner capabilities

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• progressive experience working in multidisciplinary design & development teams
• Demonstrated understanding and experience with the practical application of requirements development and management, system design, systems integration, technical risk identification, management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles
• Experience with integration and deployment of distributed software systems

Preferred:

• Ability to guide technical designs through development and demonstration
• Experience with DoD-focused open architecture specifications like VITA 49, MORA, or OMS
• Knowledge of digital signal processing techniques as applicable to signals intelligence
• Creativity in finding applications of technology for a diverse set of missions
• Experience with model based engineering and associated tools
