Gather documents to be placed in the patient’s folder which will be sent to the patient’s destination where their procedure will be performed. Required Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Texas license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and certified in Basic Life Support Required Experience:Two years experience as an LVN in a hospital or outpatient environment. Preferred Experience:
