About the role

Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As the Head of Global Internal Communications, you'll architect and lead the global internal communications practice at Docusign. Docusign is at a pivotal moment - evolving from the #1 e-signature leader to the Intelligent Agreement Management company. This transformation requires reimagining how we engage our 7,000+ global employees.

As the Head of Global Internal Communications, you'll spearhead the end-to-end strategic narrative and programming that brings this strategy to life, ensuring every employee understands their role in our next chapter. In this role, you'll lead a team of 3 internal communicators to drive a best-in-class global internal communications function to support Docusign's employees, generate excitement and drive strategic alignment for Docusign's next chapter as the Intelligent Agreement Management company. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to our executive team and work closely with business partners to determine business goals and derive company-wide communications goals, strategy and tactics. You'll leverage AI tools and industry best practices to build scalable, high-impact solutions that curate the flow of information to the Docusign global employee base. You'll also manage the team responsible for supporting org-level communications for our Chief Revenue Officer and go-to-market teams. A bit about who you are: We are looking for a communications professional who loves to dig into all aspects of the work. You'll need to be able to seek out information to support business goals, distill what you've found, create communications strategies, draft narratives and plans, and then execute.

To succeed, you'll be proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a matrixed environment. You are creative, have top-notch writing skills, but you love a good edit. You enjoy the challenge a tight deadline brings and have the composure and scrappiness to meet it. You love to get into the weeds and help employees learn and thrive. You are flexible in the face of change. You get joy from growing an enterprise that helps businesses and people be successful. You bring top-tier emotional intelligence and a sense of humor to all you do.
