We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to support our Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and the global Customer First team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer First organization. This global organization of over 1200 professionals includes: Customer Support, Professional Services, Education, Customer Success, and Renewal sales teams. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Customer First leadership team and drive and contribute to: Strategic planning, annual planning, team building and development, and managing key projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CCO, facilitating communication and decision-making processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with corporate, sales, operations, finance, human resources, engineering, support, renewals, customer success, and professional services teams to identify opportunities and develop related Customer First strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the CCO and other functions/teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals, strategies, and plans. 
  • Manage and oversee critical projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and are delivered on time. 
  • Lead CCO staff meetings, quarterly offsites and drive CCO communications strategy
  • Ensure CCO is prepared for customer calls and events
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and data analysis for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CCO to facilitate efficient decision making. 
  • Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CCO 
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to Customer First. 
  • Drive operational and administrative efficiencies within Customer First. 
  • Support the CCO in fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. 
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS security industry and its challenges. 
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work with key internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and project management tools.
