JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Project Management Analyst provides administration, analytical support, and operational processes for various projects that address Greystar’s business needs, and supports project managers throughout all phases of the project life-cycle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assists others with conducting business research by gathering data, identifying options, performing cost-benefits analyses, and creating non-routine reports with detailed analyses and/or proposals to create or revise management policies, business processes and services.
  • Analyzes and recommends process improvements to determine best practices and makes recommendations to management on how to improve current practices and processes and solve issues related to project and program management.
  • Develops a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities. Reviews the project schedule with the project team that will be affected by the project activities.
  • Manages and develops requirements that align with project goals.
  • Tracks and monitors the progress of the project activities and report status, risks, and issues, and recommends adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project(s).
  • Provides comprehensive status and progress reviews to the project team, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Supports the project team, ensuring that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality and achieves the expected outcomes of the project.
  • Ensures accurate project documentation is recorded and timely communications/updates are provided.

Licenses or Certifications:

  • Project Management training or certifications preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Asana and Power BI preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
  • Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
  • College degree in related field, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training classes, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
