Our Senior Project Management earn between $105,600 - $158,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Responsible for supporting Business Continuity and Risk management, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements, through effective resource coordination and adherence to company and governmental regulations.
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive Business Continuity, Contingency Plans, and Employee Health & Safety to ensure minimal disruption to critical business operations during incidents or emergencies and safety for our employees.
Coordinate and facilitate regular risk assessments, business impact analyses, and scenario-based testing exercises to validate preparedness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business units and compliance teams to integrate risk mitigation practices and ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and deliver clear, engaging training materials and communication campaigns that enhance organizational awareness and readiness for continuity, employee safety, and incident response.
Monitor, report, and analyze continuity and incident management metrics to identify gaps, track improvements, and support continuous process enhancement initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
End-to-End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.
Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.
Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
3+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.
