Requirements
As our chosen Groundskeeper, everyday you will be responsible for maintenance/cleaning common areas, including landscaping. Walk the property several times a day and eliminate trash/debris. Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, weed-eating, removal of all green waste debris, power washing, light painting, dusting/cob web removal and general cleaning of the properties. Identify or troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, irrigation repair issues. Mountain High and Fieldstone (266 combined units) are two beautiful apartment home communities in Gresham & Fairview, OR and we want YOU to be our Groundskeeper!
To thrive in this role:
Ability to float between multiple properties (3 days at one property and 2 days at another)
Prior experience performing light maintenance duties, carpentry, electrical and meter reads
Knowledge of proper use of janitorial/landscaping tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered
Ability to lift trash up to 60 pounds and pushing furniture up to 250 lbs.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors
Excellent time management skills
