We are hiring a Staffing Coordinator to join the Finance & Control team in our Detroit or Chicago office. Roland Berger is currently working in a hybrid environment.

This role will report to the Senior Specialist of F&C and provides a great opportunity to grow your career and be part of a passionate team.
Job Description
- Responsible for a range of staffing activities on a daily basis
- Collaborate with client team leaders to understand project requirements and staffing needs
- Develop staffing proposals based upon identified needs of the business and staff
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between consultants and client team teams regarding staffing assignments
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate staffing reports and insights
- Maintain tracking system for full staffing assignments
- Support time administration
- Assist the Senior Specialist of F&C with operational tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1-2 years of previous management consulting firm staffing experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail
