Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Own the account end-to-end, driving strategy, execution, and results to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated—fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Manage full P&L responsibility for the account, ensuring financial health and strategic alignment with broader business goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders—ranging from product development to supply chain—to deliver seamless customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal leadership and external partners, providing regular updates and key insights on account performance and direction.
- Manage Costing and Purchase Orders via the Nike Portal. Regularly utilize Nike’s internal systems and vendor portal to upload, track, and maintain accurate product costs and purchase orders. Ensure all PO-related updates align with customer expectations and internal production timelines.
- Collaborate with Production to Finalize Costing. Partner closely with production and sourcing teams to determine accurate costs for customers, ensuring margin goals are met. Apply a working knowledge of open cost sheets to assess material, labor, and logistics inputs, and communicate pricing scenarios clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain and Monitor Time and Action Calendars (T&A). Understand and manage critical path milestones through detailed time and action calendars. Proactively track deliverables and deadlines across development, production, and delivery stages to ensure on-time execution and identify potential risks or delays.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably within the sportswear or apparel industry (Nike experience is a significant advantage).
- A collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills—you thrive in matrixed environments and know how to rally cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communicator with strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Highly process-driven and strategic, with a bias for action and results.
- Deep understanding of the apparel/activewear landscape and emerging industry trends.
This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in our New York City office
PAY RATE: $95,000/yr-$120,000/yr
