Responsibilities
Strategic and operational responsibility for talent acquisition across Europe
- Develop and implement a forward-looking talent strategy that promotes growth, diversity, and innovation.
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for key positions in Science, Clinical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial.
- Shape and enhance our employer brand together with Marketing and Communications – through social media, events, and campaigns.
- Implement modern, data-driven recruiting tools, KPI systems, and digital selection processes.
- Promote diversity and inclusion across all recruiting activities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers / HR BP’s to identify workforce needs early and fill roles efficiently.
- Functional lead of European TA Specialists
Hands-on recruiting responsibilities (Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected key positions in Europe – from job posting to contract negotiation.
- Conduct active sourcing on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, BioPharmNet, ResearchGate, etc.) and build personal talent networks.
- Perform screenings, interviews, and assessments in close cooperation with the relevant departments.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruiting process.
- Create compelling job descriptions and campaigns that authentically reflect our company culture.
- Use HR analytics and market trends to make data-based recruiting decisions.
- Maintain the application tracking system -iCIMS and strive for better processes to maintain candidates data and the hiring experience through the system
- Act as strategic People Partner to the local leadership team – providing guidance on people and organizational development, culture, and labor law.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle management for the Munich site in WXAT in alignment with Crelux GmbH.
- Foster a positive and open People & Culture environment that promotes innovation and ownership.
- Collaborate constructively with the works council and ensure local compliance.
- Monitor site-specific HR metrics and derive measures for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a comparable field.
- 5–10 years of experience in progressive HR roles – ideally in the biotech, pharma, or life sciences industry.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition (both strategic and operational), as well as experience in HR project management and business partnering.
- Passion for modern, agile HR practices and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to think strategically while operating hands-on when needed.
- Strong communication, networking, and consulting skills across all organizational levels.
- Confident use of HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, iCIMS, SuccessFactors) and modern recruiting/sourcing tools.
- Fluent in English and German, additional European languages are a plus.
