This is a high-leverage leadership role embedded within Engineering, designed to orchestrate the complex intersection of technical innovation, product lifecycle maturity, and global Go-to-Market (GTM) acceleration.</p> <p data-path-to-node="5">In this capacity, you will move beyond the management of existing processes to lead the creation of a formal <strong data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="109">Operational Association</strong>. You will be responsible for designing the high-fidelity frameworks that allow our engineering organization to remain agile while ensuring that every product investment is data-driven, transparent, and rigorously aligned with our long-term commercial strategy.
