Opportunity

Join our People & Talent team as People & Talent Administrator based at Kieser’s National Clinic Support Office in South Melbourne. The People & Talent Administrator will support both People (HR) and Talent (Recruitment) activities within designated region.

Key Responsibilities include:

Manage incoming hiring requests and job advertisements

Support candidate sourcing activities

Prepare people-related reporting

Action compliance administration

Support onboarding and offboarding activities

Support cyclical activities (e.g. engagement survey, career planning)

Participate in Industry/University events as required

Adhoc people and talent related administration activities and projects

Qualifications & Certifications

Essential

Demonstrated interest with Recruitment, Talent Acquisition / HR activities

Superior organisational and administrative skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders

Superior attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion & confidentiality with regard to private or sensitive matters

Desirable:

1+ years experience working in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR

Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Recruitment or replated discipline
