Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.

  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.

  • Prepare and disseminate press releases and media kits.

• Internal Communications:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.

  • Organize company-wide announcements, memos, and events.

• Crisis Communication:

  • Assist in developing crisis communication strategies and act as a spokesperson when necessary.

  • Monitor public sentiment and advise leadership on appropriate responses.

• Brand Management:

  • Ensure all communications align with the company’s brand voice and values.

  • Maintain consistency across all platforms and materials.

• Research & Reporting:

  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to improve communication strategies.

  • Track and report on communication campaign performance and engagement metrics.
