Your role

• You collaborate with senior leaders in business units and marketing to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives with the help of HR-specific key figures
• You lead talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning efforts to ensure we have the right people in the right roles
• You coordinate and manage the annual employee processes in your area of responsibility
• As part of organizational development and change processes, you are a driver and change agent and conduct coaching sessions with managers
• You provide impetus for the continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures and implement appropriate measures
• You contribute to the development and implementation of global HR programs and policies 
• You maintain a trusting and constructive working relationship with the works council

 
Your profile

• You have several years of sound professional experience in HR management, including several years as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a global matrix organization
• As a experienced HR business partner, you know how to contribute to corporate strategies, advise on HR topics and achieve real business impact
• You are proficient in the entire range of modern HR management
• You have a strong creative drive and strong implementation skills, act proactively and pragmatically ensure optimal solutions 
• You enjoy stakeholder management, have a global perspective and can built strong relationships at all levels
• You are characterized by a high digital affinity, experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Ideally, you have very good knowledge of employment law
• Your working languages are German and English
