(Senior) Manager Compliance (m/f/d) - Hybrid Work and Part-Time Options Available

<p>Currently we are seeking a commited and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Compliance Manager. In this role you will drive the development within our compliance management system and culture.</p> <p>This position, located at our headquarters in Ennepetal, offers opportunities for flexibility with a hybrid working model and the possibility for a part-time employment. </p> <p> </p> <p>A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You will report to the Global Compliance Officer and support him in the active further development of the compliance management system, the expansion of the compliance organization, the identification and implementation of new compliance priorities and the development of the compliance culture.</li> <li>You will work independently on Group-wide topics, support global cross-functional projects and at the same time be the central point of contact for local compliance ambassadors (50+ countries).</li> <li>You will be in regular contact with them on (joint) projects and initiatives, e.g. the implementation of training concepts you have developed on antitrust law (face-to-face, webinar, e-learning).</li> <li>In addition, you will be the contact person for the global processing of incidents, which you will process in cooperation with the local departments and / or external support.</li> <li>Your challenging tasks will also include providing (initial) advice to the management level, global functions and local units on compliance-relevant topics such as antitrust law, anti-corruption or conflicts of interest.</li> <li>You will also work on the further development of the various compliance communication channels. This includes announcements of news and activities, as well as reporting and documentation obligations.</li> <li>Restructuring and updating the existing rules and regulations and supporting the revision, publication and implementation of Group-wide guidelines.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>AN EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You have a degree in law or a comparable degree and at least four years of experience in the area of compliance in an international context.</li> <li>You have proven practical knowledge in the relevant areas of criminal law (in particular bribery / corruption, fraud) and competition law.
