SIGN ON Bonus Payout Structure qualifications:

After 30 Days of employment: $ 500.00

After 90 Days of employment:  $ 750.00

After 180 Days of employment: $1,250.00

After 365 Days of employment: $2,500.00

Must have a minimum of (1) year of mechanic work experience or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program documented on your application and or uploaded resume in order to be invited for an interview.

A - Team works Monday and Tuesday – 5a.m. to 5p.m. and Wednesday – 5a.m. -11a.m.

Works every other weekend Saturday and Sunday will be 5a.m. – 5p.m.

B- Team works Wednesday – 11a.m. to 5p.m. and Thursday and Friday – 5a.m. – 5p.m.

Job Description Summary 

The Maintenance Generalist is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This position supports production in a fresh food manufacturing environment while maintaining compliance with Tyson policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 

Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems 

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems 

Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore operations quickly 

Complete corrective and emergency maintenance work as assigned 

Perform equipment adjustments, part replacements, and repairs to maintain optimal performance 

Follow work orders and document maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS 

Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications 

Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment failures, safety hazards, or maintenance needs
