JOB SUMMARY

The Sr Manager of Training for Sunnyside* reports to the Vice President of Retail and is responsible for leading and developing the operational training strategy for new and existing Sunnyside retail locations within the state.  The Sr Manager of Training will oversee 30+ Sunnyside* dispensaries, ensuring cohesive processes and procedures to best achieve operational excellence and a consistent customer and employee experience across all Sunnyside stores. This role will work cross functionally with key partners including but not limited to Retail Ops Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Security, Marketing, New Store Development, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition to ensure regional business needs are met.

• Experience leading and motivating a team of Regional Trainers; skills include recruiting, onboarding, training, managing employee relations and coaching. 
• Skills in conflict resolution, strategic thinking, decision making and complex problem solving. 
• Skills in talent selection, performance management and succession planning of hourly and salary team members. 
• The ability to influence and impact operational training in a dynamic hypergrowth organization.
