Assistant-Administrative Methodist Hospital

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm.

This position will support Methodist Hospital and occasionally cover the Chair's Suite at University Hospital. This position supports the Radiology Department.

Physician & Division Support:
  - Manage physician schedules and coordinate meetings.  
  - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.  
  - Provide general administrative support to 15 physicians within two divisions.  

Scheduling & Coordination:  
  - Schedule division interviews for radiology candidates.  
  - Coordinate student shadowing experiences for the Radiology Department.  
  - Organize and schedule meetings for the divisions.  

Administrative Duties:
  - Assist with data entry in the scheduling system.  
  - Process reimbursements for CME and certification renewals.  
  - Send out department communications and updates.  
  - Support special projects as assigned.  
 

Manages work with basic guidance and direction. Addresses basic administrative and technical issues when they arise. 

• High School Diploma/GED required. 
•Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred. 
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus. 
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).pm
