• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate:
  • 5-6 Years of Experience: $29.73 - $36.00/hour
  • 17+ Years of Experience: Up to $43.20/hour
• Shift Differentials:
  • Nights: +$4.25/hour
  • Weekends: +$3.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

As an Admissions Unit Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting comprehensive assessments, and working alongside a skilled medical team to ensure patients receive the best treatment possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments during admission and throughout each shift.
• Monitor and document changes in patient status, promptly reporting any issues to the medical team.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Provide compassionate patient education about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Respond to patient needs quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
• Licensure:
  • Compact RN License or Florida State RN License (must obtain Florida license within 90 days if holding Compact License).
• Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
• Education: Nursing Diploma or higher required.
