Project Manager

Prochant is seeking qualified individuals for a project manager position. This role is responsible for several areas that are key to a success for Prochant, an outsourced billing service in the U.S. healthcare industry. Project manager responsibilities will be to assist the Director of Project Management to bring projects to completion on time, on or under budget, within scope, and while exercising excellent communication practices.

In this role, you are responsible for transitioning new clients to our services and adding processes for existing clients. You will be asked to ensure billing, cash flow, and other affected areas stay consistent, always looking for ways to encourage customers to embrace the Prochant best practices. This position is highly visible (internally and externally) and requires strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and direct each project.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 year Bachelor Degree preferred
• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or healthcare experience
• Project management experience
• Comfortable speaking in front of small groups
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
