IT Service Manager, Delivery & Finance (SAP)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven IT Service Manager to join our Digital and IT team.

As the IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and support of SAP ERP Landscape.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our solutions.

Services in the Fiskars SAP ERP landscape:-

SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) - SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO)

SAP Process Integration / Process Orchestration (PI/PO) – SAP Business Warehouse (BW)

This is a global position with the possibility of partial remote work, but preferred locations for this permanent position are Espoo (Finland), Barlaston (UK) or Glostrup, (Denmark).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations, service delivery and support provided by service providers and vendor.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests. Minimize disruptions and enhance service quality.
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Implement IT service management best practices to streamline processes and enhance service quality.

• Ensure the support for business users according to Fiskars support model
• Ensure the Fiskars IT operational process compliancy according to SIAM
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the asset and configuration item data quality throughout their lifecycle in co-operation with Domain Architects
• Ensuring the quality of the transition and operational readiness from development to Services in co-operation with Development Team(s) and projects
• Financial (OPEX) management of the Service, including budgeting and invoice handling
• Operational vendor management according to vendor governance guidelines
• Co-driving and supporting the licence and contract management in co-operation with Vendor and Contract Manager(s)
• Compliance management related to Service’s context on authorisations, security, privacy and statutory requirements (e.g. GDPR) in co-operation with Cyber Security stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT service management.
• +10 years in a role with similar responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of SAP including SAP Licenses and SAP Basis fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• ITIL certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
