We are looking for Skilled Production Associates to join our team. We are passionate about what we do and work hard at it. We are looking for a team player who will contribute not only to our team’s production, but to our culture as a whole.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Learn and operate all production equipment

· Will perform necessary quality, seal, date and weight checks

· Fill out all required production records completely and properly

· Relieve all positions as needed during vacations, sickness, or for other reasons

· Responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards

· Will strive to always improve overall equipment effectiveness

· Perform preventative maintenance, make adjustments, and trouble shoot production equipment

· All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Must be willing to cross train and perform other duties as assigned

· Must have good training abilities, be highly motivated, work well with others, and possess good communication skills

· Working knowledge of entire production area

· Must be able to lift 80lbs on a regular basis

· Must have an aptitude to learn along with the willingness to receive continuous training

· Must be flexible and willing to work varying hours

Days/Hours:

· Normally a Five-day work week

· Multiple Shifts Available: 2nd shift and 3rd shift opportunities

· Overtime will be required

· Days and Hours may vary dependent on current production demands
