The role focuses on delivering new features and supporting the evolution of our mobile apps towards modern agile methodologies, technical practices, and architectures.</p><p>As an <strong>Engineering Manager</strong> reporting to the <strong>Domain Engineering Manager</strong>, you will be responsible for driving efficient product delivery on time and within budget, while guiding the professional growth of your team members. You will actively contribute to shaping a robust technical direction for our products. Your goal is to foster excellence, support career development, ensure processes are followed, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.</p><p>You will work closely with the <strong>Product Owner</strong> and <strong>Domain Architect</strong>, and you will own vital aspects of your team's success.
