We are seeking a detail-oriented and results driven Business Management Analyst III. to join our team within the Business Operations Organization. This role requires someone who is proactive, and highly organized. This role will support key operational functions within our organization that will focus on managing, organizing, and analyzing critical business operations including, but not limited to, staffing plans, cost tracking, headcount management, and Capital Expenditures (CapEx) management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and resource planning in a Manufacturing Aerospace organization. You will work closely with Operations leadership to monitor and report on performances and manage operational costs.

We are seeking someone who is well-equipped to optimize operational performance, manage resources effectively, and provide critical support for leadership decision making within the Operations organization.

  • Location: Any of the major manufacturing sites (WA, FL, or AL).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain staffing plans, track headcount, and authorize hiring requests to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on costing and budgeting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee and track Capital expenditure (CAPEX) costs and review processes
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate key operational updates and status reports to staff and leadership teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of forecasting and financial modeling techniques.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and/or supply chain business operations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex business processes.
  • Skilled at gathering information, managing resources, and driving results.
  • Ability to connect operational details to broader business goals.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

  • Proven Experience with:
    • Staffing and headcount planning
    • Budget and cost management
    • CapEX planning and tracking
    • Operational reporting and performance analysis


 

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $100,800.00-$141,120.00
