Our North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Marketing Teams are responsible for marketing and growing a portfolio of brands – ensuring that each brand connects deeply with local consumers in ways that scale globally.
What You Will Do for Us - Senior Director, Agency Operations
Internal stakeholder engagement, serving as the main point of contact for NA Marketing Community (questions, issues, process, tools, related to agency operations) and direct to the right subject matter experts.
Be the bridge between NAOU marketers, marketing agency partners and internal resources, working in tandem with NAOU Marketing Procurement Lead and Global Marketing Procurement Team Specialists.
Track and report monthly total OU scope of work in terms of # of initiatives, #brief type, project fee, and WPP/non-WPP breakdown.
Lead Open X transformation; ensure routine check-ins on annual Road Map and action plans status; communicate out processes and change management to both leadership and NAOU marketing team; coordinate Open X bi-annual performance survey to assess quality of service and report with key local and global, internal and external stakeholders.
Manage agency support Assemble process for Open X across all NAOU projects & charters as the “single front door” to identify and operationalize the ‘fit for purpose’ agency partners in partnership with Global Marketing Procurement. Oversee proper kick-off and briefing of each project and see through to the finish with retrospective; addressing issues or concerns along the way as they arise, enabled through the Experience Loop.
Agency Relationship Management (all agencies excluding Studio X).
Assessment of the agency rosters (excluding Studio X) for new capabilities which does not exist in Studio X, with the input from Subject Matter Experts/Capability leads & Global Marketing Procurement. Requires expertise in the industry for agency outreach, conducting capability sessions, implementing scorecards, and monitoring to ensure Global Strategic Roster and NAOU Boutique agency partners exists to complement WPP capabilities.
Train and support NAOU marketers on processes, such as building project statements & completing agency evaluations in MAP, triggering PO’s, how to identify deliverables & agency capabilities, Experience Loop, Workfront, etc.
Develop Marketing Operations digitization for agency engagement and process, including self-help tools, training videos, efficiency enablers.
Support special projects for Marketing Operations and Capabilities
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
10 or more years of experience in project management and agency operations
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
Experience working in agencies is required

Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders ensuring that TCCC is working with best-in-class agencies.

Communication Focus
The role communicates internally across OU Marketing (higher focus with IMX), the global Marketing community and Platform Services
The role influences and aligns senior leaders across the OU to adopt, support and follow the elements outlined in the role's scope.
The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the global Marketing community.
The role is a key representative for the NAOU in the Global Agency community
