This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join iSpot’s culture of collaboration and innovation. In partnership with HR leadership, you will influence and guide organizational effectiveness, streamline processes, and drive consistency of our approach for various people and culture focused programs and practices. We are looking for a proactive and high on initiative people partner to support our people savvy GTM teams including customer success, sales and marketing. You have a track record of driving urgency for task completion and results. In addition, you will build, enhance, and counsel talent management functions such as employee engagement and experience, performance management, employee relations, change management, and employee & manager development.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach and collaborate with all groups and influence all levels of the organization
• Lead various programs and initiatives related to performance, talent management, training, and development to enable company growth and scale
• Balance priorities for competing deadlines and drive urgency
• Improve, recommend, implement systems, tools, programs and processes to align with our business strategies and our people needs to accelerate growth
• Counsel and develop people programs to evolve our employee and candidate experience
• Build relationships with leaders and employees for all employment-related inquiries
• Identify trends and metrics to identify solutions and initiatives
• Proactively identify and recommend trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to keep pace with attracting, developing, engaging and retaining iSpotters

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of Human Resource generalist and/or business partner experience; SaaS or tech industry experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, executive coaching skills, and strategic communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships, including senior leadership
• Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then make it happen
• Start-up or high-growth experience is strongly preferred
• Provide thought leadership on the vision and strategy of workforce planning
• Exceptional project and program management skills delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic business environment
• Practical knowledge of federal and state employment laws and their applicability in the workplace
• Passion for DEI and demonstrated success integrating DEI into all talent management programs and initiatives
• Strong business acumen, exceptional emotional intelligence and broad perspective

Target cash compensation range: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD Annually

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles.
