This is a full-time position at Scripps Chula Vista with a set schedule working either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.  Bonus Eligible

This team partners closely with other rehab disciplines to provide a collaborative approach to patient care. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and excited to make a difference in this southern San Diego community

The Speech Pathologist provides evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment and education to patients and clients through a continuum of care according to the therapist's respective licensure/registration/certification, Code of Ethics, Federal/State regulations, JCAHO/UMQC and Care Center policies and procedures. Performs competencies as outlined in unit specific competency assessment tools. Demonstrates age specific care as established for area and job title.

 *$4K New Hire Incentive, $3K Relocation incentive if moving from 100+ miles.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met​

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)​
• Must remain in original department/specialty​
• Must remain in original Job Title​
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Requirements:

• Licensed or Pending license as a Speech Language Pathologist in California
