The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
• Perform medical VAC equipment repairs, upgrades, retrofits, preventive maintenance software updates on internal and external customer medical VAC equipment. At minimum 1-2VAC medical products.
• Perform post medical VAC equipment repair functional testing capturing accurate results on device history record/checklist form.
• Perform accurate spare part consumption quantity and traceability post repair in designated electronic repair application & documentation where applicable.
• Accurately perform diagnostic and medical VAC equipment repair quote to support customer owned medical VAC equipment actions.
• Perform offline spare part repair and processing (pump, hanger arm, touchscreen, etc.) as requested by site leadership.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in electrical, engineering, electronics or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with soldering/desoldering electronic equipment.
- Background in servicing and/or manufacturing medical equipment or production environment.
- Skills include strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivational skills.
