Community Portfolio Property Manager

Taylor Management is excited to announce an opening for a Community Portfolio Property Manager. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of community properties, ensuring they operate effectively while providing exceptional service to residents. Your leadership will be key to achieving operational excellence, enhancing resident satisfaction, and driving property performance. Salary is $80-$85k

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize financial performance and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties meet company standards and uphold resident satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and enhancing community engagement.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and report to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of property staff to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in property management, preferably with experience in a portfolio management role.
• Strong understanding of residential property management laws and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial management including budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
