- Be a vital part of designing, building and delivering best-in-class, scalable education to Meta’s partners, so they can grow and sustain their impact.
- Work directly with partners and internal stakeholders to understand and characterize partners learning needs.
- Be an audience and product expert.
- Curate a range of existing training content and create content to build meaningful learning journeys that solve partner needs.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and informative curricula in multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, micro learning, social learning, etc.).
- Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent, up-to-date and in line with larger organization goals and initiatives.
- Build relationships with key cross-functional partners to understand how your content is being received, and take action based on feedback.
- Set up measurement and be able to articulate the success of a program.
- Stay up to date with industry training and education trends.
- Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Media, Engineering Sciences or related field and 48 months of work experience in job offered or in a development related occupation.
- Experience must include 48 months of experience in the following:
- 1. Traditional and modern training methods, tools, and adult learning principles
- 2. Developing and analyzing educational content for adult learners
- 3. Building educational programs or certifications for institutions or individuals
- 4. Creating a variety of instructional media including instructor-led, eLearning, and virtual instructor-led training
- 5. Scaling global learning and training programs
- 6. Managing learning platforms such as LMS (D2L, Moodle)
- 7. Working in Learning & Development or instructional design
- 8. Generating and presenting metrics to evaluate the success of training programs
- 9. Monitoring and evaluating training activities and program effectiveness, and
- 10. MS Office and G Suite applications
