The Orthopedic & Rheumatologic Center at Cleveland Clinic in Florida is a national leader in treating individuals affected by bone, joint or connective tissue disorders. Our renowned team of caregivers provide world-class care and extensive expertise in both orthopedic and rheumatologic specialties. As an LPN, you will support the Orthopedic clinic at Tradition Health Park 1.  

A caregiver in this position works 8:30am – 5:00pm.  

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients.  

  • Administer medication.  

  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation in medical records and files.  

  • Complete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions.   

  • Implement pain management assessments and documentation.  

  • Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined by JCAHO.  

  • Follow Code Blue protocol.  

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.  

  • Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.  

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.   

  • Knowledge of infection control practices.  

  • Experience with technology. 

  • Computer literacy.  

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

  • One year of clinical experience.
