Registered Medication Aide (RMA) – Assisted Living

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and physician orders. 
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Previous experience in assisted living, or senior living is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift:

• Full-time days Evenings, Part-time Days & Part time evenings
