The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $96,000 - $145,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

KION SCS is looking for a SAP Technical Consultant responsible for managing the Technical developments of the SAP Systems in our NA region. As the Technical Consultant / Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on the Business Transformation project for KION SCS and build / customize the SAP S/4HANA applications.  

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design
• Analyzes business/ functional requirements and prepares development project schedule, tasks, and estimates
• Performs technical design and documents technical specifications. Ensures compliance of developed solution to underlying solution architecture.
• Develop Traditional ABAP WRICEFs using Object oriented ABAP Programming
• Responsible for development of EDI / IDOC Messages, Customizing message types
• Responsible for EDI design, development, and implementation, mapping and testing with a knowledge on Business Process and B2B Mapping, SAP IDOC based interface design and development
• Support the application development efforts, unit testing, create technical specifications, conduct code review, create and manage transports across SAP Systems
• Develop test plans and automated scripts to assure expected performance quality levels meet standards in development efforts.  Analyze root cause and provide solutions for production and development issues
• Responsible for developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On-Premise and Cloud instances of SAP Products
• Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.
• Defining and implementing of interfaces to upstream and downstream systems
• Responsible of understanding various integration adapters in SAP to exchange messages between sender and receiver
