As our SVP, SalesForce Practice Lead, you will…
Be a key leader responsible for driving the strategic vision, architecture, and growth of our Salesforce practice. You will serve as the primary expert on Salesforce solutions, leading a team of architects, developers, and consultants to deliver transformative projects for clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
Be Accountable and Responsible
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Salesforce practice, aligning with overall business goals.
- Identify market trends and emerging technologies to keep the practice ahead of the curve.
- Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce and other technology partners.
Architectural Oversight
- Serve as the lead architect for Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalable and robust solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices in architecture and development.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing innovative Salesforce solutions.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction through the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Salesforce professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the practice.
- Establish and manage performance metrics, ensuring the team meets and exceeds objectives.
Business Development and Marketing
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and generate new business opportunities.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and presentations.
- Expand the agency’s footprint within existing accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
Thought Leadership
- Represent the agency at industry conferences, webinars, and other public forums.
- Author thought leadership content, including white papers, blog posts, and case studies.
- Stay current with Salesforce product updates and ecosystem changes, sharing insights with the team and clients.
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 15+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a marketing technology or consulting agency
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) highly desirable
- Deep understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience
