HIRING: AutoCAD Drafter – Australian Residential We’re hiring an experienced AutoCAD Drafter to support an Australian structural engineering team delivering residential projects end-to-end. This is a hands-on drafting role for someone confident working independently on live jobs. Key requirements â Advanced AutoCAD skills â Experience on Australian residential projects â Ability to produce full structural drawing packages including: â Waffle pod, raft and strip footing slabs â Suspended slabs â Reinforcement plans (top & bottom steel, laps, bar marks) â Timber framing and steel elements â Familiarity with Australian Standards (AS 2870, AS 3600, AS 1684, NCC) Experience: â 2–5+ years residential structural drafting in Australia â Comfortable working from engineer markups and coordinating with architectural and survey drawings What we are not looking for: â Candidates without Australian residential experience â Commercial-only drafters â AutoCAD beginnersApply for this role
