We are seeking a high-autonomy, data-obsessed SEO Senior Manager/ Lead to own our organic growth engine. As a "team of one" leader, you will orchestrate a complex ecosystem of agencies, internal product squads, and creative teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute SEO strategy across Content, Technical, and Off-page Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain a consistent pulse on organic performance through daily site health monitoring, regular content refreshes, and proactive performance reporting, ensuring our technical foundation remains flawless and our existing content stays competitive Technical Product Partnership: Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to prioritize SEO requirements (Core Web Vitals, Schema, Site Architecture etc.) within the development sprint cycles Content & Brand Synergy: Lead the content strategy by identifying high-intent topics and working with the Brand/Agency to ensure organic content remains high-quality and on-tone AI & LLM Optimization (GEO) : establish KPIs to measure AI visibility and increase brand mentions and citations within AI Overviews External Partner Management: Direct and hold accountable SEO agencies to ensure high-quality content, backlink profiles, regular audits, and specialized technical support Data-Driven Reporting: Build and maintain automated dashboards to track traffic and organic health, translating "search volume" into "business value" 6+ years of experience managing SEO for high-growth, mid-to-large scale platforms. Proven track record in the e-commerce or marketplace sectors is strongly preferred Expert proficiency with SEO, analytics, and AI tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Sistrix, SEMrush, Amplitude, Looker, n8n etc) and a comprehensive understanding of modern LLM ecosystems Proven success in steering technical roadmaps; you are comfortable translating SEO requirements into actionable tickets for Engineering teams and navigating sprint cycles Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to communicate clearly across all stakeholder levels Languages: German (Advanced/ C1 required) & English Location: Berlin Hybrid model Purpose, a great company culture and incredible benefits - what to expect at rebuy: Work with a friendly team that is passion
