Our portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products includes Hood, Heluva Good, Lactaid, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Planet Oat and more.</p></div><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Warehouse Worker is responsible for safely and efficiently handling quality products in a manner consistent with HP Hood LLC Standards.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Operate a forklift and battery charger in a safe manner.</li> <li>Utilize inventory management system efficiently and accurately.</li> <li>Manifest loads correctly.</li> <li>Loads and unloads trailers in a safe efficient manner.</li> <li>Operate all equipment in accordance with policies and procedures.</li> <li>Work in safe manner, in compliance with Federal, State and company GMP’s, SOP’s and adhering to administrative policies.</li> <li>Submit work orders and maintain equipment.</li> <li>Complete paperwork as per government regulations and HP Hood requirements.</li> <li>Safely operate all assigned equipment following all policies and procedures.</li> <li>Maintain communication with other plant team members.</li> <li>Compliance with all OSHA regulations as well as 100% plant safety policies</li> <li>Responsible for general plant cleanliness with the expectation of being inspection ready 24/7.</li> <li>All other assignments given by Supervision.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Education and Experience: </strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Basic math and computer skills; Experience with barcode scanners.</li> <li>Experience working with powered industrial trucks.</li> <li>Warehouse experience preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach,
