Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by the state, county, 3rd party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach and housing program.
As the Clinical Coordinator/Team Leader of Homeless Programs with Chartiers Center you are responsible for individual and group supervision with staff within the homeless programs to ensure the overall coordination of clinical care and quality of services by providing guidance, clinical advice support, field supervision and support in development of competencies to staff and provision group and individual training to enhance service provision.
Job Duties include:
- Providing field supervision and support in development of competencies to staff.
- Serving as a member of a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team and as such works in a cooperative and collaborative manner.
- Maintaining ongoing contact with Allegheny County DHS, Outreach, Service Coordination Units to ensure consumer accessibility of community/supportive services and continuity of care
- Completing necessary outreach and screening activities to individuals/natural supports considering participation in the program.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a Human Service field and two (2) years’ experience, one (1) in treatment/behaviors interventions and one (1) year with chronically homeless/assisting homeless individuals and families to gain permanent housing OR Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field and four (4) years’ experience, two (2) in treatment/behaviors interventions and two (2) years with chronically homeless/assisting homeless individuals and families to gain permanent housing.
