Description:

Eddy Visiting Nurse and Rehab Association has a rewarding opportunity for an IV Clinical Nurse Specialist/Educator!

Position requires overall clinical supervision and competencies of all nurses at EVNRA while following CHHA regulations, INS standards, and CHAP IV Therapy Accreditation Standard. Must have experience in homecare, and be willing to obtain or have CRNI credentials. Work closely with vendors, providers and referrals sources. Willing to cover and be flexible on any given day.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Home IV
• Must be a Registered Nurse
• Valid NYS driver’s license
• Must be organized, and have experience in a leadership role
• Strong communicator and educator
