Job Description

As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you will support the team on HR initiatives and projects at Retail & Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment support such as shortlisting, arranging of interviews and onboarding

• Support the review and enhancement of recruitment processes, co-create, and drive HR initiatives at Retail & Workspace

• Support the HR staff transfer process, offboarding process, exit interviews and HR reporting requirements

• Plan and execute staff engagement activities and events

• Assist with projects and tasks as assigned such as process improvement initiatives

• Support in HR data analysis, HR reporting and preparation of presentation materials

• Provide general HR administrative support such as staff requisition forms, recruitment analysis, invoice processing, and HR enquires

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or any other related disciplines

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Possess the ability to multi-task and deliver timely and accurate work

• Detail-oriented and meticulous
