Technical Business Management Analyst

Responsibilities

Peraton is hiring a Technology Business Management (TBM) analyst and developer at Offutt AFB. 

• Provides expertise in the formulation of financial  management systems and reports relative to USSTRATCOM requirements.
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions
  •      gathering functional information
  •      evaluating output requirements and formats.
•  Analyzes business and technical processes
•  Formulates and develops new and modified information systems
•  Works with TBM (Apptio) and  ITSM (Remedy and ServiceNow) tools
•  Works independently or as a member of a project team
•  Provides technical guidance related to the implementation of financial reports
•  Develops and maintains dashboards.
•  Devises and/or modifies procedures to solve technical problems related to budgeting and asset management systems.  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
• Required experience with TBM Tools - Apptio Cost Transparency, IT Planning and TBM Studio.  
• Secret security clearance or higher
• Desired:  Accounting knowledge/experience.  Business Intelligence (Microsoft BI)

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
