Senior Production Operator

Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.</p><p>   </p><p><u>Role and Responsibilities</u></p><ul><li><p>Execute labelling and assembly/production instructions according to regulatory and GMP requirements as per AM-WHV, including Dry Ice production runs</p></li><li><p>Execute label printing instructions according to regulatory and GMP and internal requirements</p></li><li><p>Complete assembly/ production documentation in line with company requirements and external regulations</p></li><li><p>Picking the required production materials from the warehouse according to BOM (Bill of material)</p></li><li><p>Booking of finished good and leftover materials in the ERP system and physical storage in warehouse</p></li><li><p>To maintain the cleanliness of the packing rooms</p></li><li><p>To maintain equipment used for packing operations, as required</p></li><li><p>Support in picking process of shipment orders in the warehouse</p></li><li><p>To comply with the companies Health and Safety standards</p></li><li><p>Technical management of a team of Production Operators</p></li><li><p>Motivating and training of the team</p></li><li><p>Close collaboration with Warehouse, QC and Project Management</p></li><li><p>Start the execution of the production runs, initial training of the team according SOP/ MPWO</p></li><li><p>Review of EBR (Executed Batch Review) in regards of all required fields are filled out</p></li><li><p>Open EVENTS in the eQMS System due to GMP and QMS requirements</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Qualifications and Education Requirements</u></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 3 years experience in production/ assembly operations, preferably in pharmaceutical industry</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform certain tasks such as lifting, standing or working at different temperatures</p></li><li><p>Team player</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Preferred Skills</u></p><ul><li><p>Excellent written and spoken German and very good English</p></li><li><p>Assertiveness, organizational talent, communication skills, diplomatic skills and good manners</p></li><li><p>Flexibility, hands-on mentality, and capability to work under pressure</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of using MS Office</p></li><li>First experience with ERP systems</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Join us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients. <a href="https://pci.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Let’s talk future</a></p><p></p><p>Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement:<br/>PCI Pharma Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
