In this role, you will be responsible for the product strategy &amp; development of the world’s largest eCommerce platform that processes over $50B in GMV every single year. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams &amp; leaders, including engineering, design, sales and customers success to deliver value to the world’s largest retailers &amp; brands. </p> <p>Broadly, a successful Product Manager will be a high energy, growth-oriented individual with a strong track record in product management and bias to action.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Product Strategy &amp; Vision:</strong> Be the owner of your product and drive the long-term vision for the world’s leading eCommerce platform</li> <li><strong>Product Development:</strong> Lead end-to-end product development &amp; execution from concept to launch (e.g., PRDs, product prioritization, customer discussions, testing &amp; QA, etc.)</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and alignment on product strategies, goals and initiatives</li> <li><strong>Customer Obsession:</strong> Be the voice and champion of our customers by building strong relationships based on trust</li> <li><strong>People &amp; Team Leader:</strong> Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and QA to ensure successful delivery at a fast velocity</li> </ul> <p>  </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>Minimum Qualifications  </p> <ul> <li>World class product management skills with 2-5+ years of PM experience at a top tech company or fast-growing startup (preferably in commerce)</li> <li>Strong experience with the full product development lifecycle, including setting goals for your products, measuring the results, and quantifying the impact of features on the business</li> <li>Comfortable presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders across all levels of the organization</li> <li>Analytically minded with proficiency in data-driven decision making and experience with product analytics tools</li> <li>Experience collaborating with large customers – our customers are some of the biggest in commerce</li> <li>Positive &amp; growth-oriented mindset with a strong bias to action</li> <li>Strong and concise written &amp; verbal communication skills with the ability impactfully tailor your communication to any audience</li> </ul> <p>  </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What it’s like to work at ChannelAdvisor, a CommerceHub Company</strong></p> <p>We take a whole-person approach to engage and support our global team.
