Job Summary
The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring that patients receive appropriate treatment and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare staff to deliver optimal patient care
- Educate patients and their families about treatments, medications, and health management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
- Advocate for patients' rights and well-being

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in GA
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum [X years] of nursing experience in [Specialty, e.g., ICU, ER, Med-Surg]
- BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS certification (as required by specialty)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to Patients
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending
- Ability to respond quickly to medical emergencies
