Job Summary

The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring that patients receive appropriate treatment and education.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
  • Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare staff to deliver optimal patient care
  • Educate patients and their families about treatments, medications, and health management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
  • Respond  to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
  • Advocate for patients' rights and well-being

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in GA
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Minimum [X years] of nursing experience in [Specialty, e.g., ICU, ER, Med-Surg]
  • BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS certification (as required by specialty)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to Patients 
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending
  • Ability to respond quickly to medical emergencies
