- This position starts at: $63,100. Final compensation will be determined based on experience.

The Patient Access Floating Leader is a versatile and highly adaptable professional, responsible for providing temporary leadership support across multiple health systems in diverse geographical locations within the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless operations during critical situations, overseeing daily activities, fostering associate engagement, and maintaining the consistent application of both organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
The Patient Access Floating Leader brings a wealth of expertise to the table. With a comprehensive understanding of Patient Access operations and a strong background in project management, this leader is adept at navigating complex healthcare environments. Their extensive experience allows them to effectively oversee and optimize patient access processes, ensuring seamless coordination and improved patient outcomes. Additionally, their project management skills enable them to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
This position demands sound judgment, critical thinking, and independent decision-making capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership Deployment:
- Strategic deployment to multiple health systems in diverse geographical locations within the organization to provide leadership support as needed
- Address leadership shortages, special projects, or cover for other leaders on leave where applicable
- Provide immediate leadership and decision-making to ensure smooth continuation of operations during crises
- Training and Mentorship:
- Train and mentor new and/or existing staff and/or leadership
- Share the departmental and organizational best practices to ensure consistency in operations
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all processes are running efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and improve KPI performance and associate engagement
- Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies and procedures
