As a Business Analytics Manager within PNC's Capital Markets Group, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

The Fixed Income Business Analytics Manager is accountable for the strategy, delivery, and performance of the PNC Capital Markets Fixed Income/Broker Dealer technology product portfolio. This role serves as the senior point of integration between business leadership, clients, technology, and third party providers. They will drive strategic technology product plans and collaborate with product leadership to ensure that prioritized investments are delivered effectively and efficiently while producing measurable business value.

Preferences:

Consulting background or demonstrated problem-solving experience
Knowledge or experience in Fixed Income/Broker Dealer industry (FINRA license not required)
Knowledge or experience with Agile delivery framework

Job Description

• Manages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects. Leads a team of Business Analytics Consultants and may manage managers.
• Identifying, sizing, planning and prioritizing opportunities for processes or performance management through analytics.
• Assessing the scope and resources required of various analytics projects to define necessary resources.
• Manage key performance metrics and communicate operational challenges.
• Monitoring and communicating key performance metrics and operational challenges.
