In this role you will:

  • Lead support functions and operations across multiple business groups, contributing to large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, and manage pipelines related to assigned operations.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, and make independent recommendations for support functions by providing leadership and support.
  • Assist in planning and executing various programs and initiatives, including risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
  • Act as a Citizen Developer/Technical Super User to build and support operational workflows.
  • Define and implement operational playbooks and processes (e.g., Implementation & Change Management frameworks).
  • Track and report on requests, issues, defects, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate team meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level business reviews and reporting.
  • Align reporting efforts with business strategy and employee feedback.
  • Build training and communication plans with stakeholders.
  • Represent business units in project/program forums and decision-making bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with risk mitigation, customer experience, and efficiency goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in risk management, audit, RCSA, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to evaluate third-party services and challenge stakeholders during risk evaluations.
  • Strong business execution and strategic skills, including analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities and associated risks.
  • Advanced proficiency in reporting, data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau), and synthesizing large data sets into actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Technical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint), SQL, Alteryx, and willingness to learn new technologies, including HTML.
  • Solid understanding of banking operations and systems (e.g., QTT, Indigo, Cornerstone), with experience in process management, data management, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated executive communication, and experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Project management experience (3+ years preferred) and a track record of collaborating across lines of business, driving initiatives, and maintaining compliance with governance standards.
  • Ability to work independently, identify opportunities for improvement, and serve as a subject matter expert in third-party risk and business execution.
