Senior Business Intelligence Analyst- D&CX Enterprise Analytics

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst manages business intelligence projects and processes to ensure that data is analyzed and reported in a way to inform organization's business and product decision making process. Working independently with limited supervision, this job applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives. This job also coaches and reviews the work of lower level team members.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports the development and implementation of business intelligence programs and policies to develop data driven insights that support business operations.
- Creates data mining architectures, models and protocols, statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets.
- Blends historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources as input to analysis.
- Identifies and analyzes industry and geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitors current and potential customer trends to help organization develop products and services and expand business.
- Researches and applies knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories and techniques to inform business decisions.
- Works with other areas of the business, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to provide business intelligence insights and model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies.

3+ years of experience with business intelligence tools
Dashboarding and Data Visualization, Data analysis, Data ETL and Data profiling using: Tableau, SQL, Snowflake
Previous experience working with Salesforce CRM preferred
Background in Financial Services Industry preferred
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2024-10-03Base Pay Range: $80,300/yr. - $119,500/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
