Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Communications (G&A) to join our expanding Communications team! In this role, you’ll report directly into the Communications team, and partner closely with several teams that make up the backbone of Procore’s business: Global Talent, Legal, and Finance.
In this role, you'll lead a team of internal Communications pros, crafting engaging internal communications messages and strategies that connect our employees to Procore’s programs and systems. Your leadership will help us inform, engage, and inspire Procorians around the globe. This position will report to the Director of Global Corporate Communications. What you’ll do:
Lead a team of Procorians that sets the overarching communications strategy for three of Procore’s most strategic and visible business units: Global Talent, Finance, and Legal.
Proactively partner with members of Procore’s executive leadership team to implement long-term internal communications plans in each G&A function. This is inclusive of: editorial calendars for all-employee messaging, elevating the voice and internal thought leadership of our senior leaders, understanding Procore’s business and functional operations to enhance impact, influencing tone and messaging, and establishing strategy around our internal communications channel matrix (Slack, Email, Procore All-Hands, and employee Intranet).
Partner closely with Procore’s Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to build and implement a world-class DEIB communications strategy.
Strengthen current processes, metrics, and operations, allowing the company to reinforce its communications foundation and establish a more consistent and predictable cadence of internal communications programs.
Develop and execute change management communications.
Partner with the business on impactful outcomes by asking clarifying questions, providing authoritative advice to decision-makers and influencing communications strategies.
Handle tactical assignments with a sense of urgency, in a fast-paced, nimble environment.
Help ensure employee communications and engagement activities are globally minded, culturally resonant, and consistent with Procore’s values and brand.

What we’re looking for:
8+ years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications or similar functions, preferably in a SaaS/Technology environment
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
